So (sew, hehe), National Sewing Month has come to a close, and I had a blast! I finished several of the bags from Sew What! Bags: 18 Pattern-Free Projects You Can Customize to Fit Your Needs (I will be doing the rest... I have a little backlog of projects I need to finish first.) I completed two pairs of pajamas as part of Kids' clothing Week Challenge. I have been busting my butt making felt s'mores. My poor sewing machine is smoking!!
I also managed to finish Caleb's backpack and a canvas tote for myself, both of which were waiting for freezer paper stenciling. I'll be posting some pics of those in the coming days, I promise. I'll also be wrapping up National Sewing Month (hopefully sooner than later).
As sad as I am to see September and National Sewing Month come to an end, I am thrilled to be joining in to Blogtoberfest! What is Blogtoberfest? I'm so glad you asked!
Blogtoberfest, the brainchild of {tinniegirl), is a committment to make daily posts throughout the month of October. Easy enough, right? I mean, I pretty much do that anyways. It'll be a blast, and I hope to discover more awesome blogs this month!!
If you'd like to join in as well, visit {tinniegirl} and hop aboard!
I'm really excited. This should be fun.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogtoberfest! Sounds like you're all set for another productive month!
